Our Terms: We have a minimum seven night stay over the Festive Season every year (20th December – 5th January) to allow our staff some time at home with their families. We normally have a minimum three night stay in any one suite as the changing and readying of the suites is very labour intensive. This is not a hard and fast rule though and exceptions can be made depending on other bookings. All rates are quoted per unit per night for up to two adults sharing. Additional adults in one suite or children are charged as per the rates and tariffs above. Payment accepted by cash, EFT or credit card (please note we do not have a credit card machine, but we can process credit card payments via our secure Paybridge system. Payment by credit card attracts an additional fee of between 2.5% (Visa and Mastercard) and 4.5% (Amex/Diner’s Club). Please note that we pass on these charges to you. To secure a booking, we ask a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance of 80% can be paid on arrival or shortly thereafter. If wanting to pay the deposit by credit card, we require your NAME, SURNAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS in order for us to generate a link which we will send to you so you can process your Credit Card Payment yourself. On arrival the guest will be asked to sign a PAYMENT NOTIFICATION SLIP. CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of early departures, guests will be charged for full duration of confirmed booking as it will be impossible to re-sell rooms at such short notice. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unnecessary costs resulting from cancellations and travel plan changes. |
