THE CITY LOFT SUITE
Our CITY LOFT APARTMENT is right in the heart of the old city centre, a culturally and architecturally rich area of Cape Town (see photos below). The building is called Mutual Heights, a lavish heritage monument to Art Deco and built in 1930 as a bank’s headquarters. The City Loft is situated in what was once
the highest building in Africa (i.e. not very high at all but iconic for its time). We like to think of it as Cape Town's Chrysler Building!
This double volume mezzanine apartment is on the 5th floor with partial views of Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak.
Inside, it’s chic and modern with a mezzanine bedroom and open plan kitchen (with oven, fridge/freezer and four plate hob), dining room and lounge. The apartment has a full
bathroom (separate shower and bath) a WiFi LAN, cable TV, air conditioning and is fully serviced.
It has its own secure parking space and free use of a roof-top pool and gym in the Complex next door
accessed via the Skybridge, dramatically spanning the city streets below. There is 24 hour security and the apartment
can sleep two in luxurious comfort ( or 3 with on the sofa bed).
This apartment would suit you love Art Deco architecture and you'd like to be located in the culturally rich and vibey heart of old the city centre.

FIFA World Cup 2010: R1000 per suite per night for up to two adults (R450pp sharing) (1 June 2010 – 11 July 2010)
Winter 2010: R750 per suite per night for up to two adults(R325pp sharing) (12 July 2010 – 15 September 2010)
Summer 2010/2011: R970 per suite per night for up to two adults (R425pp sharing) (16 September 2010 – 15 April 2011)
Please note that we have a minimum 6 night stay between 23rd December and 2nd January to allow our staff time with their families.
Additional guests in any suite from R125 - R150 per adult per night: Children 9 years and under are free.

Airport Transfers:
We offer inbound and outbound airport transfers for R300 for up to 2 guests, R350 for 3 guests
We're a small, owner-managed guesthouse so we don't have 24 hour check in: if you will be arriving late (i.e. after 20h00), we ask that you use our airport transfer service.
